HOWELL, NJ (April 1, 2025) – A 7,000-square-foot flex space in Howell has sold for $2.125 million in a deal brokered by Sheldon Gross Realty Executive Vice President Jonathan Glick and Corporate Sales Representative Joshua Glussky. Of note, Glick and Glussky represented both the buy and seller … and the transaction represented the second time in five years Glick and the Sheldon Gross team had sold the property.
